I've spent the last six weeks working on a new eCommerce website. If all goes well, I'll be announcing it to the world on October 1st. Besides the usual free stories, blog, and pretty pictures, I'm be offering novels, audiobooks, cardstock models, and stock photos.

In other news, there was a really pretty sunrise on the end of my street, so I'm sharing it in the form of a panoramic shot, suitable for desktop wallpaper. Enjoy!

Charity Challenge!
A Quick Charity Challenge!
That's right. I have a challenge for all the writers out there.

Secondly, write a short story (15k or less) where one or more vampires were sealed up in this vault and suddenly wake to find themselves in the 21st century.

What do you get for all that work?
Based on comments, I'll select the top six or seven tales and edit them into an anthology. Once done, I'll release it as a PDF with a Creative Commons lic
Ello Network
I recently joined the new Ello network and there are a TON of artists of all types. If you want some idea of what Ello is, check this LA Times article.
One of the great photographers on Ello has compiled a list of other photogs.
Ello is still in BETA and invite-only, but if anyone would like an invite, let me know. First-come, first-serve. When I run out, you'll have to wait.

New Website
I've been buried in building a new website for the last month. It is now ready for testing. If anyone has a few minutes, I'd appreciate some feedback on how it looks in your browser. Supposedly, it will work well in all major browsers as well as smartphones and tablets. The URL is: http://postorbitallibrary.com/
As soon as the beta test phase is over and I'm satisfied that all the basic components work, I'm going to add a lot more content.
The only part that I *know* isn't working is the Stock Photo gallery. I still have to sort out the "Buy Now" buttons on it.
